At Goldier, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If your jewelry does not meet your expectations or arrives with an issue, you may request a return, exchange, or refund through our official self-service return portal.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You may submit a return, exchange, or refund request within the following timeframes:
Standard Returns & Exchanges

Within 5 calendar days from the date your order was fulfilled.
Warranty, Defect & Quality Claims

Within 7 calendar days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Delivered but Not Received Claims

Within 10 calendar days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Requests submitted after these timeframes may be declined.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unworn.

Be in the same condition in which it was received.

Be free of scratches, dents, or other signs of use.

Include original packaging whenever possible.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

4. Available Return Options

Receive your approved refund to the same payment method used at checkout.
Goldier Gift Card (+10% Bonus)
Receive 110% of your approved return value as a Goldier gift card.
Store Credit (+10% Bonus)
Receive 110% of your approved return value as store credit for future purchases.
Variant Exchange
Exchange for a different size, length, color, or other available variant.
Exchange for Another Item
Exchange your item for any other piece from our collection.
5. Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are deducted from the approved return amount.
United States

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Common exchange reasons include:

Preference for another jewelry piece.

If lower, the balance will be issued as store credit or refund, depending on the selected option.
7. Warranty, Defects & Quality Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Showing a loose stone or setting concern.
You must report the issue within 5 calendar days of delivery.
We may request additional photos or videos to evaluate your claim.
8. Reasons a Request May Be Rejected

The item shows signs of wear, scratches, or impact damage.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

11. Non-Returnable Items

12. Natural Variations
Because each jewelry piece may contain natural or handcrafted elements, slight variations in color, finish, and stone appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
13. International Orders
We are not responsible for tariffs, taxes, and customs charges in the destination country; these are beyond our control as they are the laws of your country.

15. Limitation of Liability
