Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–6 business days after processing

International Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL.

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days

  • International shipping cost: $35

🎉 Free international shipping on orders over $200.

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your package.

Incorrect Shipping Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee delivery of the package.

  • If the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost.

  • If the package cannot be recovered, Goldier is not responsible for the loss.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Goldier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your delivery location or mailbox

  2. Asking neighbors or building management

  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly
